PVC Glue Apply to Air Sealed Inflatable Water Toys and Pads

PVC adhesive product is a new type of fully transparent solution adhesive with a single component, specially developed for relieving difficult to stick transparent or white PVC plastic products. It is a specialized fully transparent PVC plastic adhesive product that can be used in plastic to plastic bonding problems.

It has many advantages, such as room temperature curing, easy operation, high adhesive strength, fast positioning, high elasticity, soft adhesive film, and non-toxic cured products;

It has excellent characteristics such as water resistance, heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, and no whitening.

Widely used for mutual adhesion and cross bonding of materials such as PVC, PE, PP, etc.


How to edit a broadcast

● Clean the surface of the adhesive with oil, dust, and other dirt, and keep it clean and dry;

● Directly apply the adhesive evenly to the surfaces of the two adherends, wait for 5-10 minutes, until the adhesive film shows a slight non stick and dry touch. Align the two adherends for bonding, apply slight pressure to make the bonding surface more dense, and leave it for 1-2 hours to achieve the desired effect. After 48 hours, reach the optimal bonding strength;

● Reminder: If it is necessary to improve the bonding strength and temperature resistance, a treatment agent can be pre coated on the surface of the material, and then about 0.5-0.8% curing agent can be added to the adhesive solution to thoroughly mix. The bonding strength and temperature resistance are significantly improved. If the adhesive is activated at 60-75 ℃ for 4-7 minutes, the effect is better. The adhesive solution with the curing agent must be used up within 12 hours.


Precautions for Editing Broadcast

● This type of product is flammable, and storage and transportation shall be handled according to the rules for flammable goods;

When using, it is necessary to ventilate and ventilate, pay attention to safety, and operate away from ignition sources;

After use, tightly cover the container to prevent the gel from solidifying. If the gel is too thick, an appropriate amount of toluene and brine can be used instead of dilution.

Double sided adhesive coating has better results than single sided adhesive coating.

● Do not easily move the bonding surface, otherwise air entering will affect the strength.

● Over time, it may cause certain corrosion to the metal container, making the adhesive appear darker in color, but it does not affect product performance.

● This product is stored in a cool and sealed place for a storage period of a half year. When using the remaining adhesive, please use a small amount to check if it is qualified before using it in large quantities.

● Beware of inhalation and ingestion, to prevent contact with children!
