All of our inflatable water games are made by high durability fire-retardant PVC Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside. The flame retardant meet BS7837. Our material has improved by the SGS.


Hot Welding Machine

For the sealed water game, it is very important for the welding well. We have advanced welding machine and the best workers in inflatable industry.


Printing

Digital print, silk print, or hand painting. We imported the Korean painting machine, it print quickly and in good quality. The quality of print ink also meets the standard of SGS. Further more, we make a liquid protecting film on the surface of digital printing, the liquid protection is also imported from abroad. The high level painting makes LEYANG product will not be sticky and color fade, but sustain a long time.

3. For parts like anchor, rings and handles, we use the big high frequency welding machine to weld on the products instead of glue on by hand. The parts and the main body are fused together so the quality is very stable and will not peel off.
